How Returns Work

To start a return, email us at hello@mapelis.com with:

• Your Name & Order Number
• The item(s) you are returning & a brief reason for the return

Our team will get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours with your prepaid return shipping label.

Policy Details

• Condition: We accept returns on unopened items, as well as products that have been tried/gently used.
• Return Shipping: FREE. We provide a prepaid shipping label so you pay $0 to ship it back.
• Original Shipping: Initial shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged Items & Exchanges

• Arrived Damaged? If your package arrives damaged or defective, email hello@mapelis.com with a photo and we will send a free replacement immediately.
• Exchanges: Unopened items can be swapped for another product within 30 days (customer pays return postage for preference-based exchanges).
